Gus P. Nuzzolese is an alumnus of Chaminade High School, Williams College and St. John''s University of Law (Class honors in Real Estate Law). Gus lives in Port Washington with his wife and 4 children. His hobbies include ragtime piano playing, golfing, swimming, electronics and rock & roll music. Immediately following Law School, Gus joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1985 In 1986, Gus brought his talents to Sutton & Edwards, Inc. (now Colliers International LI Inc.) where he is the President. Mr. Nuzzolese is active in his community serving on the Golf Committees for Chaminade, Sacred Heart Academy, St. Peter''s and St. John''s Law. He is a member of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS), NYS Bar Association, Order of Sons of Italy, and North Hempstead Country Club Pool and Membership Committees, and Catholic Charities. Clients include Catholic Health services, TDK, Signature Bank and numerous Accounting and Attorney Firms
