Guillermo Granier
Guillermo joined Lee & Associates Charleston in January 2022. He first worked for the firm as an intern as he attended the College of Charleston. After eight months, he moved into a Junior Associate role and currently works as an Associate focusing primarily in retail and office brokerage, collaborating with senior agents and supporting his own growing book of business. While attending the College of Charleston, Guillermo was the recipient of the SIOR Foundation Student Real Estate Experience Scholarship, awarded bi-annually to up to 10 outstanding scholars focused on a career in commercial real estate. The scholarship offers recipients the opportunity to meet industry leaders from across the globe and to learn about emerging trends in the field. Guillermo graduated from the College of Charleston in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and a minor in Business Language in Spanish. He is a native of Venezuela but grew up in Atlanta where he was a multi-sport athlete. He was previously a pitcher on the College of Charleston Division 1 baseball team. In his free time, Guillermo enjoys surfing and traveling.
