Gripp Luther

Gripp Luther is a Principal at Samples Properties where he has been employed for over 25 years. At present, he handles development, property management, and a variety of brokerage services that include acquisitions, sales and leasing. Mr. Luther represents a wide range of individuals and corporations on both a local and national level. He has completed transactions for companies including; The State of Alabama, GSA, Avnet, L 3 Com, Radiance Technologies, Keystone Foods and SAIC. His development coordination efforts include a public/private partnership with the City of Huntsville and various defense contract organizations. Additional development responsibilities include coordination of the tenant, architect and contractor during development phases. Mr. Luther received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alabama in 1990 where he studied advertising, marketing and real estate. He currently holds positions on the Cummings Research Park Board and the Huntsville Utilities Gas & Water Board.
