Griffin Farriss

Griffin Farriss joined Stream Realty Partners in October 2022. He is responsible for expanding the firm’s market share in the Nashville area, with a focus on sourcing, winning, and executing industrial business across all service lines, including leasing, investment sales, and tenant and landlord representation. Prior to joining Stream, Griffin served as a Principal at Cresa in Los Angeles. Over his almost 10-year tenure there, he completed approximately two million square feet of leasing and sale transactions valued at nearly $500 million. He was recognized with Cresa’s Rising Star, Top Producer, and President’s Awards.
