As Managing Director, Gresh will lead all services of the company’s Hampton Roads office, which includes 1.2 million SF under property management, and will spearhead Commonwealth Commercial’s brokerage division in the area. Gresh comes to CCP as a lifelong Hampton Roads resident with over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. In his most recent position as the Director of Leasing & New Business Development with The Runnymede Corporation, Gresh focused primarily on marketing and leasing the company’s commercial property portfolio, serving as the brokerage interface for acquisition and disposition, and was the acting director of the tenant representation/buyer brokerage lines of business. Gresh has previously worked with several commercial brokerage firms, most recently as a First Vice President with CB Richard Ellis Commercial Real Estate for over 15 years. He has represented numerous local and institutional owners, specializing in office and medical sales/leasing and landlord/tenant representation services. Other firms on Gresh’s resumé include Divaris Real Estate, Inc., Arthur Andersen & Co., and Barnes Morris & Pardoe.
