Gregory Croucher

Greg is a Property Manager at Wellington Management, Inc. (WMI). He graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1997 with a B.A. in Psychology. His professional history includes 20+ years of facilities and inspection work primarily with the State of Minnesota. Greg has also worked as a construction and planning consultant/owner’s representative. Greg enjoys being part of a team that is proactive with preventative maintenance and the efficient and safe operations for many types of properties. He has two adult children and 4 grandchildren that keep him busy and entertained. When Greg is not at work, you can usually find him at a hockey rink. He likes attending as many Minnesota Gopher hockey games, Minnesota Wild games and my granddaughter’s games as he can, while also coaching youth hockey.
