Gregory Arakelian

Gregory Arakelian is Commercial Director/Sales Associate with Lila Delman Real Estate International, specializing in residential and commercial sales and acquisitions. Born in Los Angeles, California, Arakelian earned his B.A. from Indiana University with double majors in Psychology and Art History and with a minor in Italian. After living on the west coast and in the Midwest, he appreciates the mix of ocean living with the four seasons which Rhode Island offers. His skills and leadership in design and negotiations and his knowledge of both residential and commercial markets have enabled him to specialize in luxury, waterfront, and commercial properties. His commercial clients include such well-known companies as the Ocean House Resort and Five Star Hotel, Gilbane Development Company, Dovetail & Co, Procaccianti Companies, Apex Technology Group and NBX Bikes. Arakelian has consistently delivered record breaking prices for his residential clients as well, and currently has the highest price per square foot sale in both Narragansett and South Kingstown, where, as sales director, he was responsible for all five of a new beachfront development’s historic sales. The success Arakelian has brought to The Pointe Beach House development reaches beyond sales where he consulted on design, interior finishes, and lighting. He is also responsible for the beautiful marketing imagery, the development’s emblem, and the ingenious pneumatic elevator. Arakelian’s energy, knowledge, experience, and success have been recognized by national companies such as the CoStar Group, a leading provider of commercial real estate in the world, which named him a Power Broker in 2013, 2015 and 2019. This award recognizes distinguished professionals in commercial real estate brokerage by analyzing their achievements within their respective markets.
