Gregg has been involved with commercial real estate, construction and development for over 25 years. As a result, he has been on both sides of the table. As VP of Real Estate for a publicly traded retailer, Gregg completed over 150 transactions, managed all development projects and executed a multi-state expansion program including site selection, leasing and acquisitions. From there he moved on to form a company specializing in the development of shopping centers. Now Gregg specializes in selling retail properties, both single tenant and multi-tenant. He has sold properties in multiple states including value add properties with potential upside. Using his experience as a retail tenant and as a buyer and seller of shopping centers, Gregg is able to provide advice to clients on both the buy side and sale side of the transaction.
