Gregg Rothkin

Gregg A. Rothkin is an Executive Vice President in the Agency Group. Since joining the Agency Group in March 1999, Mr. Rothkin has been actively involved in all aspects of owner representation for numerous institutional and entrepreneurial landlords, as well dispositions for large corporate users—arranging, structuring and negotiating transactions on their behalf. Mr. Rothkin is well respected in the industry for his creativity, market knowledge and dedication to his clients. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Rothkin practiced commercial real estate and bankruptcy litigation.
