Greg Wilson

Greg Wilson is an Executive Vice President on the office and industrial teams in the Greensboro office. He has consistently been an industry leader in both markets and has extensive experience in the landlord, tenant and investment sale facets of the business. Greg is a native of Winston-Salem, NC and currently lives there with his wife and two children. Greg joined CBRE | Triad in 2005 when CBRE acquired the Triad office of Lincoln Harris. Prior to CBRE, Mr. Wilson was a broker with Lincoln Harris and a leasing representative for Highwoods Properties Triad Division. With 25+ years of commercial real estate experience in the Triad market, Greg provides clients with a great deal of insight and knowledge of the commercial real estate process from site selection and evaluation, negotiating, and financing to execution, construction and post transaction support. Greg has been awarded Top Producer in the Triad office for 9+ years.
