Greg Thomas

Greg Thomas is a Senior Vice President for the firm’s Advisory and Transaction Services group. He specializes in office landlord and tenant representation in the suburban and downtown markets. Greg has been honored the last eleven years as one of CBRE Columbus’s Top Producers. His objective is to provide a quality level of client representation and client services such as structuring and negotiating commercial leases developing comprehensive and strategic real estate plans assisting with the acquisition and disposition of owned or leased properties. Greg has leased nearly 50 million square feet of office space. His most recent major lease transaction was for Quantum Health’s headquarters relocation (420,000 SF).
