Greg Sullivan is a 30-year veteran of commercial real estate and is an expert in add-value opportunities with a focus on value infill land and mixed-use development. During his career, Greg has consummated transactions in excess of $2 billion dollars in commercial, assisted living, multi-family and residential properties. He started his career at CBRE in 1986 and has built a business that includes both institutional and non-institutional focus and relationships. His broad based skill set and focus has provided Greg with the tools to evaluate non-performing commercial assets and underwrite the product that could potentially replace them. Through this experience he has acquired a strong working knowledge of the General Plan Amendment and Zone Change processes giving him the expertise to structure and navigate these more complicated transactions.
