Greg Salyers
Greg Salyers is currently a Partner at Alta Real Estate Investments, LLC (“Alta”). Along with the other Principals of Alta, he is also a Partner and co-founder of CGHS Realty Investments, LLC. Previously, Mr. Salyers worked with a real estate investment firm where he was a key management executive, overseeing acquisitions and capital improvements. Being a founding member, Mr. Salyers helped grow the real estate portfolio of the company from their very first acquisition in 2008 to over 16,000 units by 2014. Mr. Salyers has also been a Principal in several mid-size Industrial and commercial developments in the Coachella Valley region of Southern California. In total, Mr. Salyers has been involved in the acquisition of over 200 assets totaling $2b in value over his career. Mr. Salyers holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Arizona State University.
