Greg Olson

Greg Olson is a senior vice president with Hughes Marino, a global corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants and buyers. Greg comes to the firm’s Orange County office with a unique advantage in commercial real estate brokerage due to his knowledge and previous experience in acquisition, entitlement, development, and construction. After graduating from the University of Southern California with a degree in business administration, Greg immediately went to work as a broker in Orange County, but was quickly recruited to join a startup real estate development firm. Several years later Greg became a project manager for a commercial electrical subcontracting firm where he managed several million dollars in hospital, university, office TI’s and other large commercial accounts over a period of five years. His diverse real estate experience, coupled with his enthusiasm to build lasting relationships based on trust, led Greg back to brokerage in 2014. Greg prides himself on delivering outstanding service to his clients, and is intensely dedicated through every phase of a project from strategic planning to site selection, on through financial analysis, negotiation, and execution. Greg’s clients appreciate his attentiveness and ability to make the process enjoyable while always exceeding expectations.
