Greg Offsay is a Los Angeles native whose passion for the city is at the core of his approach to the real estate business. Greg joined illi Commercial Real Estate in December 2007 after graduating from the University of Southern California, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics. Greg is an Executive Vice President on the Brokerage team. His primary focus is the sales and leasing of retail and industrial properties. He works with Sellers, Buyers, Landlords and Tenants to ensure that they achieve their investment and/or utility objectives. Greg has sold more than $150 million worth real estate and has facilitated well over 500 leasing and sales transactions with national, international, and local businesses, including Westfield, Macerich, Regency Centers, NewMark Merrill Companies, Paragon Commercial Group, Providence Health, Dunkin Donuts, Western Dental, Crumbl Cookies, Cano Health, Hertz Rent-a-Car, Tapout Fitness, Bar Method, Pure Barre, Karina Smirnoff Dance Studio, State Bank of India (California), Dollar Tree, Baskin Robbins, Yogurtland, Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt, Fresh Brothers Pizza, Ortho Mattress and more. He participates in many professional networking groups and regularly pursues continuing education opportunities. Greg is a CCIM Designee, and an active member of Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC – formerly known as International Council of Shopping Centers) and its Next Generation group. Greg is the moderator of the monthly Real Estate meeting for the All Cities Network. He is a founding member of the Real Estate Executives networking group, benefiting the Los Angeles Jewish Health, and supports LA Family Housing, Jewish National Fund, CREW-LA, ACRE, Jewish Federation REC, and a variety of other professional and philanthropic organizations. Among his many accomplishments in business, Greg has been nominated numerous times for the Los Angeles Business Journal’s Real Estate Broker of the Year award, and in 2023, earned a Crexi Platinum Broker award and was recognized by the Los Angeles Times as a Commercial Real Estate Visionary.
