Greg Labarre

Greg LaBarre is a member of the investment sales advisory team at Wertz REIS. He specializes in representing buyers and sellers of quality net leased retail properties throughout the country. His clients include 1031 exchange buyers, private investors, high net worth individuals, developers, and institutional investors. Prior to working at Wertz Real Estate Investment Services, Mr. LaBarre worked with project development for BRV Construction and sales representation for Hammer, Corporation. A graduate of Cal State University San Marcos where he participated in the school’s collegiate baseball program, he enjoys spending free time with his wife, playing and watching sports, fishing, traveling, and exercise.
