Greg Knott has been a licensed Commercial Realtor in the Denver Market since 1993. His first 9 years in the industry were spent as an Industrial Broker with Metro Brokers, Inc., then joined Unique Properties in April of 2002. Since Greg’s start as a broker, he has successfully negotiated and executed over 900 leases for both tenants and owners representing over 10,000,000 square feet of property. He has also brokered the acquisition and disposition of over $500,000,000 worth of real estate. Greg currently handles approximately 1,500,000 square feet of leasable or sellable real estate. Greg considers himself an Industrial, Office, Investment, and Land specialist and also handles 250,000sf of retail properties and 150,000sf of office properties. On average Greg executes approximately 70 leases and 25 sales per year.
