With nearly two decades of industry experience, Greg has deep market knowledge and experience with a wide range of retail properties, including grocery-anchored, mixed-use, and urban street retail. As a retail real estate expert in the D.C. Metropolitan Area, Greg has a reputation as a trusted advisor with strong landlord relationships. Prior to joining Rappaport, Greg was Director of Retail Leasing at Lerner Enterprises, representing high-profile assets, over one million square feet of grocery-anchored shopping centers, and another 100,000 square feet of first-floor retail in best-in-class office buildings in the Washington, D.C. metro area. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore County and an active member of the ICSC community.
