This Developer / Landlord background gives Mr. Endsley a unique perspective to both sides of the negotiation table that now in turn saves his clients significant time and money. Having worked with hundreds of Tenants and Owners representing millions of square feet with a transactional value in excess of $1 Billion, Mr. Endsley is a recognized expert at guiding his local, regional and national clients through the most complex lease, acquisition and disposition transactions. Mr. Endsley is a graduate of California State University Long Beach with a B.S. degree in Business and an M.B.A. degree from National University. Mr. Endsley also holds the designation of being a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM). Mr. Endsley is a licensed California state real estate broker and resides in Newport Coast with his wife Robin.
