Greg DeSalvo is a 3rd generation Orlando, Florida native. Growing up in a family business household, Greg gained valuable firsthand operational and management experience. Greg graduated from the University of Georgia in 1995 with a double major in Business Management and Computer Science. As a former Bank executive, Greg is very well versed in current tax codes as they related to current markets, and a subject matter expert in bank underwriting. During his 25 year career, Greg has loaned over $550 million, and was a chairman’s club member for 8 years in a row. His financial expertise is a crucial ingredient for his personal portfolio and helping others with their acquisitions. Additionally, Greg specializes in 1031 placement consultation, offering a rare form of advisory services. Greg is an innovator and true problem solver in commercial real estate and business brokerage.
