Greg Coleman

Greg is a career commercial real estate professional specializing in office and retail leasing, as well as land and commercial property sales. Greg joined Southeast Venture in 2011 and been Southeast Venture’s Principal Broker since 2020. He oversees all of Southeast Venture’s brokerage team and is involved in all aspects of the commercial real estate business. Greg’s achievements over the course of his career in commercial real estate has resulted in him being Awarded the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce “Spirit of Chamber Stellar Achiever” Award, nominated for NAIOP’s “Rising Star” Award, and nominated for the Cassidy Turly “Horizon” Award.
