Greg Berry

Greg Berry (CalDRE Lic. #01341823) joined Cushman & Wakefield (formerly Cassidy Turley) in 2012 and he now serves as a Director for the firm, bringing over 36 years of experience in commercial leasing and sales in multiple US markets. Originally from Seattle, the first 25 years of Greg's career were spent there. During the telecom boom in the late ‘90s, he worked with several communications companies. In 2001, Greg joined Sigma Networks as Director of Real Estate and relocated to the Bay Area. He was responsible for leasing and managing 80 sites in 65 data centers, carrier hotels or telco buildings in five tier-one cities including the Bay Area. When Sigma Networks closed their doors in 2002, Greg joined CBRE and then later Grubb & Ellis Company in 2004.
