Greg Aguirre started his career in the home building industry handling site acquisitions and entitlements for both a private builder and a large national builder, but soon learned his true passion was in retail commercial real estate. He then spent over 10 years in the corporate real estate side of the business handling among other things acquisitions, leasing, contract negotiations, entitlements, construction management, portfolio management, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning for CVS/pharmacy, Chase Bank, and The Sleep Train Group of Companies. This diverse experience has allowed him to have the unique ability to analyze various issues and challenges in order to develop and deploy practical solutions ensuring the success of our projects. As a result of his experience he believes success lies maintaining complete transparency, hard work, loyalty, and a team approach to the business. He is a graduate of California State University Sacramento with a B.S. in Business Administration and emphasis in Real Estate & Urban Land Use, a licensed California Real Estate Broker, has his Construction Project Management Certification from the University of California Davis, and is a long time member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) as well as the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE).
