Based in Salt Lake City, Grant Lammersen serves as Vice Chair within the West Coast Capital Markets group. Lammersen focuses on expanding the capital markets platform throughout the Western United States. Throughout his career, Grant has completed over 400 transactions worth more than $22 billion in total consideration with a primary focus on Office and Industrial assets. Prior to joining Colliers, Grant was Newmark’s Co-Head of Northern California Commercial Capital Markets and a Vice Chairman (2016 through 2022). Grant has been named a Costar Power broker from 2005-2022, Connect CRE - 2018 & 2019 Top California Investment Sale brokers with $5.1b in sales volume, 2019 Connect CRE National Investment Team Sales Honoree, San Francisco Business Times 40 under 40 business leaders along with numerous other industry awards. Before joining Newmark, Grant was an Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield in San Francisco, where he focused on institutional office, industrial and retail sales. While at Cushman, Grant was integral in growing the Capital Markets group from an average sale consideration of $300 million annually to an average of over $1.6 billion per year from 2012-2016. Grant has received industry designations from the National Association of Office & Industrial (NAIOP) and is a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI). Grant earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from The College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. During this time at William & Mary, he was a four-time letter winner in Men’s Basketball. Grant resides with his wife Lindsay, daughters Decker and Davis, and son William in Draper, UT.
