Grant Keeney

Grant Keeney is responsible for the leasing, sales, and marketing for the companies Class A and B Office Building Portfolio consisting of over 2,800,000 RSF. He joined Ethan Conrad Properties in 2016 and has completed over 250 transactions valued at over $100,000,000 since that time. Grant has utilized his over 38 years of commercial real estate experience to solve the most complex real estate transactions. As a graduate of UC Davis, Grant entered commercial real estate during his collegiate career with Grubb & Ellis and has worked as a Vice President/Director of Leasing for notable institutional owners such as Morgan Stanley, Equitable Real Estate, GIC Real Estate, State Teachers of Ohio, and many others. During this time, he worked with Brokerage institutions such as Jones Lang LaSalle, Trammell Crow Company, Buzz Oates Real Estate, and Seagate Properties. Grant also has over ten years’ experience as a Corporate Real Estate Manager with Citibank, Union Bank, and First Nationwide Bank, completing transactions in over 50 markets across the US. This has provided invaluable experience to view and negotiate transactions from both sides of the real estate equation and generate and truly create “win-win” outcomes for all parties involved.
