Grant Hortenstine

Grant Hortenstine, SIOR, is a Senior Vice President, specializing in representing tenants in the leasing and acquisition of industrial space across the Greater Houston market. With a background in both real estate and finance, Grant is proficient in both valuation services and a wide variety of real estate advisory, including sales, build-to-suits, investments, site selection, lease negotiation, lease restructure, and sale/leasebacks.
