Grant Harris

Grant Harris is a Senior Vice President and Principal at Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura Inc., a full-service commercial real estate company and member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. With a solid and diverse roster of long-time clients, Mr. Harris is a knowledgeable and well-connected veteran handling sales and leases of industrial, office and investment properties throughout Ventura County. Together with colleague John Ochoa this team has averaged 45 transactions annually since 2006. Since 2006, they have successfully negotiated over $420,000,000 in sales and leases in the region. In 2018, Mr. Harris transacted more than 600,000 square feet of sales and leases valued in excess of $42 million. Prior to joining Lee as a founding principal of the Ventura office in 2006, Mr. Harris served as Senior VP for the Ventura offices of Colliers International. Mr. Harris earned the Colliers Seeley Circle of Excellence Award for five consecutive years from 2001 through 2005, in recognition of outstanding sales performance. Prior to joining Colliers in 1989, Mr. Harris represented Xerox Corporation for eight years as an account manager with responsibility for Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties.
