Grant Guernsey focuses on the leasing and sales of downtown and suburban office properties in the Portland metro area. Grant works in tenant and landlord representation and strives to provide his clients with a high touch, high quality experience to build long lasting relationships that go past the transaction. Before Kidder Mathews, Grant started his brokerage career at Cushman & Wakefield where he gained experience consulting with local, regional and global companies. Prior to that, Grant was a commercial lender spotlighting middle market financial consulting and commercial real estate acquisitions. To partner with his background in banking and commercial real estate, Grant also has a tenured history in marketing and technology which broadens his expertise to benefit his clients in multiple facets. Grant’s goal is to be more than just a broker for his clients, but a strategist that understands each company at a deeper level and guides them to success tailored to their needs.
