Grant Gassman joined Blanca CRE’s Office Tenant Advisory Group in 2023 as a Senior Broker. As a Miami native, he brings a unique perspective and valuable insight to assist his clients. Grant helps tenants identify and align strategic, financial, and operational objectives. He assists with the acquisition, renewal, relocation and consolidation services for business owners. Previously, Grant work at Cushman & Wakefield where he developed in-depth knowledge of global markets, combined with strategic problem-solving abilities. He brings professionalism, excellent negotiation skills and expertise in the latest market trends to every deal.
