Grant Dolgin

With over a decade of experience in real estate brokerage and financial services, Grant Dolgin joined Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates (KDA) near the end of 2007 during the financial crisis. He represents the fourth generation of the commercial brokerage and real estate firm first established by his great grandfather in 1904. Along with his cousin Josh, Grant serves as vice president at Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates and its property and asset management company, KND Management Co., Inc. Coming from a career in the financial services industry, and also learning from his father Neil, Grant brings his own unique analytical and problem solving capabilities to every transaction. Grant divides his time between serving brokerage clients and property management. On the brokerage side, Grant has represented sales and leasing transactions totaling more than 1 million sq. ft. throughout Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Long Island. He provides KDA clients with a wealth of knowledge and experience across a variety of diverse properties, from multi-storied commercial lofts, mixed-use buildings, medical office buildings, and retail shopping centers to vacant land.
