Grant Bake represents the buyer’s and seller’s best interests in real estate transactions, and he strives to make this process as smooth as possible. Grant is from Carrollton, Ohio, and he graduated from Carrollton High School in 2014 and the University of Mount Union in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, and Entrepreneurship. Grant received his Real Estate License in January of 2016 from Hondro’s College of Business. This school has a great program and he couldn’t be happier with the information they taught him there. Grant received the Million Dollar Producer title and a Cedar One Star award all in his first year. Grant’s past experiences include 2 years of residential construction and over 4 years in residential rental management and maintenance. The construction and maintenance experience helps tremendously when he and his clients are looking at potential houses.
