Graham Fawcett
Graham is a founding partner of Fawcett Mead having previously spend 10 years at Churston Heard and then Jones Lang LaSalle, where he was a member of the European Retail Board. Graham has dealt with all aspects of Retail and Leisure Investment for in excess of 25 years and has developed a niche at dealing with a high turnover of sales and acquisitions. During his career, he has developed close relationships with all the major institutions and has been involved in over £3bn of transactions including Colombia Threadneedle, Marylebone Asset Management, OLIM, Addington Capital and Savills IM who are all currently very active. He lives in Cambridgeshire with his wife and 2 children and outside family life, his interests are Bradford City, St Neots Town and Fish and Chips.
