Graeme Millar

Graeme is a Director at Sheridan Property Consultants having joined the company in January 2018. Prior to this he worked for a national chartered surveying firm for 11 years during which time he covered a general practice agency & valuation role before latterly focusing on investment. Graeme has been involved in a number of transactions throughout 2019 to include a UK wide retail warehouse portfolio totalling c. £60 million, acquisition of both single and multi-let industrial estates in Inverness, Falkirk and across the central belt; acquisition of various retail parades in Scotland for in excess of £8 million; disposal of Clydebank Industrial Estate for £8 million and many more. Graeme currently acts for a wide variety of institutional clients including Columbia Threadneedle, AXA, CBRE Gi, L&G and Sports Direct as well as being the go-to advisor to a wide variety of property companies and prides himself on his knowledge of the market and ability to deliver off-market transactions for his clients. Graeme has an honours degree in Real Estate Management & Valuation from Heriot-Watt University and became a Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors & RICS Registered Valuer in 2013. Outside of work Graeme is an avid sports fan with his main sporting hobbies being football and golf, albeit with a young family has swapped the course for soft play! Graeme is a member of The Wooden Spoon Children’s Charity.
