Grady is the Principal and Founder of Apartment Depot. Grady has over 30 years of real estate experience with an emphasis on value add multifamily. Grady began his career in development where he spent 7 years developing industrial tilt up projects in San Gabriel Valley and the inland empire. After the GFC, Grady transitioned into value add multifamily. Since then, Grady has built a portfolio of over 3,000 units in Southern California. Grady is also a licensed broker, certified property manager and licensed class B contractor. Grady has a MBA from Golden Gate University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from Cal State Fullerton.
