Grady has always enjoyed all that Utah has to offer. He grew up in the mountains and enjoys Ice Climbing, Skydiving, Backcountry Skiing, and Sailing. Before Real Estate, Grady was a Ski Patroller and a Forest Ranger while going through a Business and Finance degree at the University of Utah. During his Finance Degree one of his Professors sparked Grady’s interest in Real Estate and he has never looked back. Grady quickly became one of the top producing agents regionally via hard work and professional values. During his sales career, he went back to Graduate School obtaining his MBA from the University of Utah in 2004. In 2005 Grady took the job as Principal Broker and Partner for Windermere Real Estate Utah. Grady has and continues to serve on various board and philanthropic committees such as the: MLS Committee, Forms Committee, Statistics Committee, UAR Forms Committee, and also as a Director for various Boards such as the Utah CCIM Chapter (certified commercial investment member), Utah CRS, and others. He is a licensed Continuing Education (CE) instructor and is the Director for Real Estate CE for the University of Utah, as well as a regular guest adjunct professor to the JD, MBA and Business Undergrad Students. Grady was recognized by National Association Realtor Magazine as a “30 under 30” in 2008 and continues to be highlighted in various national and local Real Estate publications. He holds several industry designations such as the: CCIM, CRB, CRS, ABRM, ABR, GRI and others. Grady’s passion in helping first-time buyers or savvy commercial investors has transferred over to helping his agents achieve great success. His business now has grown Windermere Utah from a 5 agent team; to what it is today as a multi-office operation with hundreds of agents. His calming demeanor, legal knowledge, and 24/7 approachability make him a valued Principal Broker.
