Gosia Bikker

Gosia, owner of Colorado Commercial Real Estate, was born and raised in Poland where she began working at 12 years old. Her passion is now in the property management industry, which began in Bellingham, WA managing 40 employees and influencing large growth for the company. She’s held the Employing Broker license since 2006 and has been involved in Commercial Property Management and Brokerage since 2003. After moving to Colorado Springs in 2012, Gosia opened Colorado Commercial Real Estate. Since her career in property management, Gosia has facilitated over 500 brokerage transactions, dozens of tenant improvement projects – up to $1.8M, several building renovations, increased rents and property values for clients and created incredible relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors. She currently oversees more than a half a billion dollars portfolio of commercial properties. Being a first generation immigrant from Poland, Gosia is very excited to own Colorado Commercial Real Estate services and proud to have her woman-owned business in the beautiful state of Colorado.
