Gordon Steimle

Gordon has managed regional shopping centers, office buildings and mixed-use developments and, on the sales and marketing side, selling and leasing commercial real estate. He finds great satisfaction in handling clients’ needs with incomparable attention to detail. “Our work is about resolution of issues but, even more, the proactive approach,” Gordon says. “We make a difference for our clients.” Earlier in his real estate career Gordon worked for five years with JVJ (now known as The Richard Jacobs Group), a Cleveland-based developer/owner/manager. He managed regional shopping malls in Wisconsin, Michigan and Ohio. Gordon received his bachelor’s degree from UW-Milwaukee and obtained the Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) in 1989.
