Gloria has been representing clients since 2010 and specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing in the Seattle metro area. In addition, she oversees direct marketing support to assist development, implementation, and final execution of strategies for marketing a company’s portfolio. While earning her business degree with a dual emphasis in management and marketing at Western Washington University Washington, Gloria worked as an intern at Commercial Development and Consulting where she discovered her passion in the commercial real estate industry. Gloria obtained her managing broker’s real estate license in 2013. Utilizing her business and creative mentality, combined with her real estate experience, Gloria has a great understanding of the dynamic world of commercial real estate.
