Gloria Fletcher

Gloria has over 25 years of real estate experience including valuations, acquisitions, sales, and landlord/tenant representation. Her portfolio has included office, retail, laboratory, educational, and industrial space. She has extensive experience on complex transactions and multi-stakeholder development projects, including private/public sector partnerships. Gloria is an experienced professional with a solid understanding of how real estate assets and facility decisions can impact your overall success. She is a trustworthy team member and creative problem solver who consistently delivers high quality results. Gloria is from Seattle and lives in Edgewood with her husband, Bruce, their dog, Tux, and a small flock of chickens. They have three grown children and enjoy golfing, hiking, gardening and spending time with their family and friends. Gloria is an avid reader and sewist. She serves on the Board of Tacoma-Pierce County YWCA and Tacoma’s Downtown on the Go and is a part-time lecturer at UW-Tacoma, currently teaching Strategy Management and Business Policy.
