Glenn is a Principal in the Washington, DC office of Avison Young. Prior to that he was President of The Ezra Company. With 35 years of exclusive Tenant/Buyer Advisory experience, Glenn’s expertise is in the analysis, structure and negotiation of real estate transactions in lease, purchase and tenant equity participation. Glenn has received the Power Broker Award for leasing transactions from CoStar Group, Leasing Transaction of The Year from the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association of Greater DC (CREBA), as well as the Top Commercial Real Estate Broker in both Washington DC and the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia Region. Glenn graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S.B.A. from the American University School of Business Administration.
