Glenn Dulmage

Glenn joined MRH in 2006 bringing over 25 years of office leasing and sale experience. He joined the senior leadership team at MRH in 2006. Glenn has established himself as a trusted advisor to regional and entrepreneurial office landlords across Northern New Jersey and is widely regarded as one of the most prodigious deal makers in the field in both leasing and sales. Half of his business comes from representing Tenants in our local market place. Glenn has completed well over $200,000,000 in transactions and boasts an overall occupancy level of over 95% in the roughly 40 buildings he represents. Prior to joining MRH, Glenn worked at CB Commercial for 12 years where he earned the distinction of being named the top producing salesperson in New Jersey 5 years in a row. Prior to CB Commercial he worked at CBRE and Merrill Lynch specializing in real estate limited partnerships. Glenn graduated from University of Richmond in Virginia where he earned a B.A. in finance and marketing.
