Ginny Dunn

Ginny Dunn comes to Maus, Warwick & Matthews as an experienced Commercial Real Estate broker from the Memphis Metro and West Tennessee area. She developed her skills for commercial development as Economic Director for the Lakeland Tennessee Chamber of Commerce. She tripled the Chamber membership and helped bring a national chain grocer to the region. While bringing in new business, she also was instrumental in redevelopment of a 160-acre mixed use project, The Lake District. Ginny was involved in getting renovations approved for a national tire chain, Gateway Tire. Ginny has been very active in commercial real estate sales and leases, as well as community involvement. Ginny brings a diversified level of experience to Commercial Real Estate sales and leasing. She is passionate about promoting growth through delivering the client’s needs. She is licensed in Tennessee and North Carolina. Ginny and her husband Randy Have have two grown children.
