Gina LeMaster Brown

Gina brings more than 25 years experience in the real estate industry. She is the Owner and Broker of Intrepid Commercial Real Estate. Gina's career in commercial real estate began in 1997, with a commercial development company, headquartered out of California, where she was named Property Manager for 7-Eleven, Inc. for the state of Florida. Within two (2) years, Gina became Project Manager and was responsible for development of new 7-Eleven stores throughout the state. Her responsibilities included site selection, site analysis, contract negotiations, site planning and general micro management of the overall developments from conceptual to completion. Over the past several years, Gina has provided brokerage and/or development services to companies such as 7-Eleven, Advance Auto Parts, Petsense, Tractor Supply, Publix Supermarket, CVS Pharmacy, Walgreens, Race Trac Petroleum, BP Products, McDonalds Corporation, Discount Tire Company, Donatos Pizza, Dunkin Donuts, YUM! Brands (KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Long John Silvers and A & W Restaurants), Auto Zone, Wendy's Restaurant, Church's Chicken and many more. Gina holds a Florida, North Carolina & South Carolina Real Estate Broker's License and is an active member of CREW Orlando.
