Gina M. Brennan has been associated with Cushman & Wakefield of Pennsylvania, Inc. since the fall of 2007 and specializes in the transaction management of office properties in the Suburban Philadelphia office market. Ms. Brennan’s primary role is to provide advisory services and execute transactions on behalf of corporate users, institutional owners and private developers. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield of Pennsylvania, Inc., Ms Brennan was employed by She began her career within Trammell Crow as a Facilities Manager on the UnitedHealth Group account where she oversaw all of their Pennsylvania offices.
