As of January 2024, I have assumed the Broker-In-Charge Role and concurrently Managing Partner and Real Estate Consultant status for Kingship Collective in Charleston with primary partners Lorne Ottinger, Greg Myers, and Kyle Ferguson. We work as a Team cooperatively with all parties and brokerages anywhere for the benefit of clients and all parties in the equation regarding getting deals done and closed. We go far beyond real estate brokerage via real estate consulting and going in-market into the weeds, as well as with community stakeholders. As a client, you want expanded capacity, and our difference is that we excel in leveraging that we are not just local but that we encompass value beyond through cooperation and reach to include providing other brokerages fiduciary duty capacity for their clients by cooperation and leveraging the tools we have access to that they may lack. It provides a fiduciary duty to their clients not otherwise available with their resources at hand. * We also facilitate FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) from abroad and can allocate the same throughout the United States through relationships held. This is a world of whom you know, trust exchanged with a handshake, and the skillsets brought to the table paired with the exceptional tools that we provide clients and other brokerages that cooperatively work with us from day one.
