With a strong background in Land Acquisition and entitlements, she has represented Seller and Buyers in some of the most complex land transactions, leading to a successful and profitable outcome for her clients. Ms. Graham has built, marketed and sold over 5,000 residential units and over a billion dollars in sales, as the Managing Partner for a regional home builder with operations in Nevada and Arizona. Her prior experience also includes eight years in the Southern California Real Estate market.
