Giann Vitale
Giann serves as Vice President at Peak Commercial.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews in 2018, Giann was a managing director for Charles Dunn, specializing in redevelopment of commercial properties and leasing/sales of office and retail properties in the San Fernando Valley and West Los Angeles. Giann rejoined DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services in 2012. Prior to rejoining DAUM, Giann was with Cal Coast Companies, a full service real estate development and management organization with the in-house capability to provide property entitlements, general plan modifications, project master planning, sales and marketing, property management and general construction/builder services. Throughout his eight years at Cal Coast, Giann was involved in every facet of the business including: the master redevelopment of the San Leandro Marina in the San Francisco Bay area, representing the buyer and seller on the one of the largest land sale transactions in the Mid-Wilshire/Miracle Mile area, and leased and managed a 100,000 square feet shopping center in the South Bay. A graduate of California State University, Northridge, he majored in business administration with emphasis on marketing. Giann lives in Chatsworth, CA with his lovely wife, Layla, his two daughters, Chloe and Olivia, and his dogs Lilly and Lucy.
