Beginning his commercial real estate career in 1995 at Schostak Brothers, Giancarlo joined L. Mason Capitani in 1997 where he served as a Senior Associate focusing on industrial sales and leasing. Moving on to become a Senior Property Manager at First Industrial Realty Trust, he managed the daily operations of industrial properties totaling over six million square feet. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Giancarlo served in the industrial division at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (formerly Grubb & Ellis) for over 15 years. With over 19 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Giancarlo Pinterpe joined Lee & Associates in 2015 as a Senior Associate in the Industrial division. Specializing on the sale and lease of industrial properties throughout Metro Detroit, he focuses mainly on the North Oakland and Macomb County areas with a primary interest in Northern Sterling Heights, Shelby Township, Macomb Township, Romeo, Rochester Hills, Orion and Imlay City. Having completed many complex transactions throughout his career, Giancarlo is an expert problem solver, using his in-depth market knowledge to assist clients in assessing risks and identifying opportunities to create customized solutions for their unique real estate needs.
