After careful analysis, the direction Fennelly suggested and implemented was to break-up the portfolio to achieve a forty percent higher value then selling the 133,000 square feet all as one. * Represented Medical institution with their acquisition search for its new New Jersey Headquarters. Fennelly achieved this specific identity and location driven requirement by finding and negotiating a 27,000 square foot office building located on highway Route 31.
