His success has translated into closing in excess of $900 million in residential and commercial sales throughout his career. Although Mr. Womack was focused on obtaining the necessary knowledge and skill sets to grow his business, he continues to give back to his community which provided his start. As a result, he mentored many students, sharing the benefit of his experience, first-hand, through internships, seminars and other engaging meetings. Womack consistently worked within Houston's central city neighborhoods to improve the "quality of life" for its residents by focusing on revitalization, affordable housing, community and economic development within the Greater Third Ward/Almeda area. Because of his donor and volunteer fundraising for Texas Southern University, Womack received the Presidential Award for Alumni Outstanding Achievement. He also represented the University in many real estate acquisitions and sales.
